About Us

Our Mission

Offering the Faith, Hope, and Love of Jesus!

And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love. - 1 Corinthians 13:13

Our Vision

Changing lives ... Transforming neighborhoods.

Each of us should help our neighbors for their good, to build them up. - Romans 15:2

This vision will be lived out ...

(Our Seven Strategies)

By having a creative, participatory WORSHIP experience that inspires people of all generations and abilities to glorify God through the power of the Holy Spirit.

By encouraging each other to FOLLOW JESUS and become completely surrendered to his leading.

By being a WELCOMING PLACE, where all people feel wanted and accepted.

By having all our MINISTRIES encourage people to strengthen their interpersonal relationships and achieve their highest potential.

By living a MISSIONAL LIFESTYLE both locally and globally.

By COMMUNICATING in a timely, frequent, consistent way; that uses multiple channels, has continuity amongst all communicators, and respects the diversity of recipients.

By practicing Godly LEADERSHIP that enables relationship building, strategic implementation, the equipping of future leaders, and holds each other accountable for their own spiritual growth.

What We Believe

GOD

We believe in one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

JESUS CHRIST

We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son, is fully God and fully human. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. His sinless life, voluntary substitutionary death, shed blood and bodily resurrection were necessary and sufficient for the redemption of humanity. He will visibly return to earth in glory to consummate His Kingdom.

HOLY SPIRIT

We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God. Through His power and presence, He is the effective agent in the new birth. Through His indwelling, He empowers the believer for godly living and service.

OUR PROBLEM: SIN & SEPARATION

God created a perfect world.  In the beginning, there was no sin, no hatred, no disunity, and no death.  God created us in His own image to have an abundant life. But God also allowed humans to make their own choices.  We chose to disobey God and go our own willful way. We still make this choice today. This results in separation from God.

THE BIBLE

We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, to be inherently inspired of God and our only infallible authority in matters of Christian faith and practice.

SALVATION

We believe that only those who repent of their sins and believe in Jesus Christ are saved, having been born again of the Holy Spirit, forgiven and declared righteous by God. We are saved by grace alone through faith, not by what we think or do to earn God's favor. Our good works don't earn our salvation, but are a way to thank God for this free gift of salvation.

BAPTISM AND THE LORD’S SUPPER

We believe that these two sacraments are not to be regarded as means of salvation; rather, they remind us of God’s promises to us and help us to claim those promises as our own.

THE CHURCH

We believe that the true Church is composed of all such persons who have trusted in Jesus Christ for their salvation, and that involvement in a local church is normative for a growing believer.  The Church is a “redemptive fellowship” in which all people share a concern for one another under the authority of the Bible.

THE END TIMES

We believe that one day Jesus will come back to earth to put an end to evil--sin, death, and pain--and renew all things. He will gather through bodily resurrection all who have believed in him from every time and place to live with him forever.
